There are bound to be some going undetected at work, the gym or in your family so seek them out and let’s see what they’re made of.

Fancy dress definitely adds to the fun so is encouraged! (However for your own safety we ask that capes are detachable) Junior Superheroes are welcome too! Children over 1.2m tall are welcome to take part in KAPOW! but under 16s must be accompanied around the course by a paying adult. Be a Superhero for charity!

KAPOW! Superhero Challenge events around the UK are organised in partnership with charities, and fundraising as part of your preparation for the event would be appreciated. For more details about the charities and help with fundraising please check the information on your chosen event page.

KAPOW! is a physical challenge, but it’s not a race – there’s no clock ticking and no pressure to set a Personal Best – you can take things at your own pace. The courses are typically 5k (3.1 miles) but you don’t have to run the whole way, and there’s no pressure to attempt every obstacle – although we hope you’ll want to have a go!

Your safety is our number one priority, we need you to finish with your superhero talents in tact, so all we ask is that you follow any instructions given before and during the event.
